Go to Documents to see files your therapist has shared with you, split into your own documents and general clinic documents (like intake forms or practice policies).
- Files that are a PDF or an image open in an in-app preview: click the eye icon to view without downloading.
- Everything else (Word, Excel, plain text, and similar) is download-only; there's simply no preview icon for those.
- The Download button always works, for any file type, using a secure link that expires after a short time.
