Healix is where you manage your care with your therapist online. Your therapist invited you to a portal, or you registered yourself and your therapist approved the request. Either way, once your account is set up you can:

• Book and cancel appointments
• Message your therapist between sessions
• View and download your invoices and receipts
• View and download documents your therapist has shared with you
• Keep your contact details and language up to date

You never see your therapist's private clinical notes, other patients' information, or anything about their practice. The portal only shows your own records.
